This weekend was the DC Rock and Roll half marathon. It was my first half, and I had a blast. Good company, live bands at every mile and so much crowd support. Plus, we earned back our calories with
Good Stuff burgers, outdoor Guinness's and some very entertaining late-night karaoke.
Erin go bragh. Here's hoping you had a wonderful St. Patrick's Day, full of soda bread and beer.
My St. Paddy's Day had none of the above, ha ha, but it did at least have green! Sounds like a fun day : )

Awesome! What a cool tradition for St. Patty's! We just did a half 2 weekends ago. congrats!
ReplyDeleteAlthough I'm not a runner this sounds like so much fun. I ended up avoiding the city altogether so I wouldn't have to brave the metro situation that day. Next year I'll have to check it out!
ReplyDeleteI mentioned to my hubby that I wanted to make soda bread soon...he thought it had actual soda in it. xD Hmm I wonder if that would be good?! lol
ReplyDeleteGlad you had fun!
So fun!
